2022 Tax Sale: go to the Documents tab for 2022 Tax Sale List
Business Licenses: To apply for a business license go to forms and downloads/ print the business license application and mail it with payment of $100 to Kane County Clerk, 76 N Main, Kanab, UT 84741.
Marriage Licenses: To apply for marriage license online click on the "public retrieval link." Fill out the application, print it, keep a note of the OLM number, and bring it with you when both partners appear in person for the license. It will save about 15 minutes when you arrive. The cost for a marriage license is $50, by check, cash, or money order. You will need to fill bring your parents birth city, county and state. Bring your id with you.
Passports: Applications are available in our office and on line at travel.state.gov. We have a list of required items for passports in the"Documents tab" titled Required Items Handout .
No appointment is needed however you should be here no later than 4:00 pm Mountain time in order to process your passport.

Last day for the Clerk's Office to mail ballots is Oct 27, 2021. (They MUST be postmarked no later than November 1, the day BEFORE Election Day) Please return them as soon as possible. If you do not receive your ballot by Thursday October 23rd please call us at 435-644-2458.
