RS2477

KANE COUNTY IS SEEKING ROAD USAGE WITNESSES

In an effort to help preserve used rural County roads, Kane County is seeking additional witnesses who can testify to road usage prior to 1976.  This evidence will help determine which roads on BLM lands belong to the County so that the County may keep those roads open for public use.

If you or someone you know has any road usage information please contact the County Clerk's Office:

435 644-2458.
