The Kane County Justice Court has jurisdiction over cases charging class B misdemeanors or less, including most traffic, wildlife, boating, off-highway vehicle, snowmobile, trucking offenses, and small claims actions arising in the unincorporated parts of Kane County, Kanab City, and the Town of Alton.

Online payments can only be made if you are forfeiting bail on a citation not requiring a mandatory court appearance or if you have appeared before the court and been sentenced.

Payments by a personal check, if sufficient funds are available to cover the check, a cashier's check, or a money order (if from outside of the United States obtain an international money order made payable in US funds) may be mailed to the Court at the address above.
