INMATE VISITATION:

Visitors must be pre-approved and added to the inmate's visitor list in order to schedule visits. To apply for visitation approval, please fill out the Inmate Visitation Application (under the Documents link above) and submit it by email to visit@kane.utah.gov or by fax to 435-644-2096. Visitor applications must be updated every 6 months.

Personal mail for inmates should not be sent to the Kane County Jail directly. Please send inmate mail to the following address, where it will be screened, scanned, and made available to inmates electronically:

Receiving packages is a privilege not a right. This has been determined by the U.S. Supreme Court. Kane County Jail prisoners will not be permitted to receive packages while incarcerated without prior approval of the Jail Commander.
